Position Summary

Penn Medicine is seeking a dedicated and collaborative Advanced Practice Provider to join the Endocrinology practice at Cherry Hill and Woodbury Heights. This role is ideal for a motivated provider who thrives in a team-based environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

The Advanced Practice Provider will play a key role on the endocrinology team by managing patients with physician oversight. This role will focus on providing comprehensive care for patients with diabetes and weight management services. The APP will work closely with supervising physicians and interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.

Schedule

  • Full-time position
  • Five (5) eight-hour shifts per week

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive diabetes patient care in an outpatient endocrinology setting.
  • Perform comprehensive assessments, develop treatment plans, and manage follow-up care
  • Collaborate with supervising physicians and care team members, will also manage patients independently
  • Educate patients and families on disease management and treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record

Minimum Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Nursing
  • Current Pennsylvania licensure as a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C)
  • ACLS certification required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in diabetes or a related specialty
  • Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative

Salary Range:

$83,200.00 - $208,000.00/Annually based on 40 hours per week
