Overview:
Sentara Medical Group has a full-time opening for an APP (NP or PA) to join Sentara Family and Internal Medicine at our CarePlex West location in Hampton, VA. Join a highly respected and growing primary care team where collaboration, flexibility, and exceptional patient care are at the heart of everything we do. This is an outstanding opportunity for an Advanced Practice Provider to practice in a modern, well-supported outpatient setting alongside five physicians, two APPs, and an experienced clinical support team. Position Highlights:
Monday-Friday (36 patient contact hours, 4 hours admin)
Flexibility to work a 4 or 5 day work week
Average of 16-20 patients per day
Provide care to a wide range of patients: ages 13 and up for primary care needs
No call expectation

Minimum Requirements:
Active NP or PA
Master's degree required
Prior experience in primary care preferred, but will consider an exceptional new grad
