Relevant RN experience may be considered.Laser training is preferred, not required.Position RequirementsNurse PractitionerCurrent licensure from the State of Illinois as a Registered Professional Nurse (RN) and Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) or eligible to obtain a licensure through the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR) application process.Master of Science in Nursing or Doctorate of Nursing practice with clinical specialty appropriate to position.Current certification by American Nurse Credentialing Center (ANCC) or American Academy of Nurse Practitioner (AANP).CPR and ACLS certifications.Physician AssistantCurrent licensure from the State of Illinois as a Physician Assistant/Associate or eligible to obtain a licensure through the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR) application process.Successful completion of an accredited Physician Assistant/Associate Program.Current certification from National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.CPR and ACLS certifications.Role OverviewThe Advanced Practice Provider (APP) will promote collaboration between multiple disciplines to ensure cost‑effective and quality patient care. Successful candidates will also meet all other state and federal regulatory practice and accreditation standards.Compensation & BenefitsPay Range: $128,000 - $192,000Rush offers competitive total compensation that includes base pay, benefits, and other incentive programs for our employees. The total pay range reflects the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, specialty; relevant experience and training; and other business and organizational factors. This total pay range is for a full‑time, 1.0 FTE employee, and includes any incentive payments that may be applicable to this role.
