What You'll Champion:
Seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) - Adult‑Gerontology NP (AGNP) or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
Monday-Friday schedule with flexible hours supporting strong work-life balance
Shared call rotation with provider team:
One weekday night per week
Every sixth weekend
Practice located at Genesis Inners Creek, a 202‑bed skilled nursing facility in Dallastown, PA
Currently supports 110 WellSpan patients (short‑term rehab & long‑term care)
Join an established, collaborative care team:
2 Physicians
3 Nurse Practitioners
Provide clinical directorship and comprehensive clinical services in a skilled nursing facility setting
Ideal role for NPs interested in long‑term care, rehabilitation medicine, geriatric care, and complex adult medicine
Deliver primary care, chronic disease management, and patient‑centered care to adult and geriatric populations
APP plays a key role in daily patient management, regulatory compliance, timely assessments, and continuity of care
