Part-Time Advanced Practice Provider - Hospitalist - Night Shift (7p-7a) Aultman Hospital Canton, Ohio Aultman Health System, recognized as a trusted healthcare leader in Northeast Ohio, is dedicated to bringing high-quality, compassionate care to the communities we serve, and is seeking a part-time Advanced Practice Provider to deliver personalized inpatient hospital care. Position Highlights Part-time, hospital-employed position within the Aultman Health System Collaborates with the hospitalist physicians to admit, discharge, and care for patients during their stay as well as provide consultation services as requested Demonstrates ability to competently provide individualized goal directed nursing care to patients through assessment. Partner with community primary care providers, various medical/surgical specialties, nurses and other healthcare ancillary team members to coordinate and administer care to Aultman patients Structured support systemfeaturing brief daily huddles, regular division meetings, and an annual offsite retreatensures that our providers can focus on what matters most: delivering exceptional patient care while maintaining a sustainable work-life balance.
