Job Description:

• Provide scheduled patient services under the direct supervision and responsibility of a physician in both a hospital & clinic setting
• Complete patient histories and physicals
• Determine tentative diagnosis and order appropriate laboratory tests
• Counsel the patient and family on health and disease
• Participate in all continuing education, training, and other requirements to remain in good standing for credentialing purposes at assigned medical facilities
• Work flexible schedule as dictated by business needs and operations
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Clinic located in Leesburg, FL
• Hello, Work-Life Balance! - Monday through Friday working clinic hours 8 - 4:30
• Call is remote - phone calls only

Required Qualifications:

• State-licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Urology experience preferred
