A health services organization in Vermont is seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) and/or Physician Assistant (PA) to join their growing team in Randolph, providing night shift coverage for adult inpatients.
About the Opportunity:
- Shift: Night
- Schedule: 12-hour shifts
- Hours: 8pm to 8am
- Setting: Critical Access Hospital (no ICU)
Responsibilities:
- Adult inpatient nights
- Admissions, plan of care, and discharges
- Overnight cross coverage
- Working independently
- Maintaining accurate patient records
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree
- VT Nurse Practitioner (NP) and/or Physician Assistant (PA) license
- Experience with Adult Inpatient Care
- Solid assessment and documentation skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience in a Critical Access setting
- Acute Care expertise
- Intubation skills
