We’re hiring an Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) who wants competitive compensation, predictable weekday hours, and the work-life balance of a community-focused outpatient practice with no call.

You’ll step into an outpatient role providing comprehensive primary care to pediatric and adult patients. You’ll manage preventive, acute, and chronic conditions while benefiting from protected administrative time and a collaborative clinical support team.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $125,000–$130,000
• Access incentive up to $13,000 annually
