We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join a respected interventional pain management practice in San Diego. The ideal candidate will be eager to apply advanced clinical skills in a specialty focused on evaluating and treating acute and chronic pain conditions. This role offers a blend of direct patient care procedural support and care coordination within a patient-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct detailed assessments of new and returning patients including history, physical examination, and review of diagnostic imaging and urine drug testing.
Develop and implement tailored pain management plans in collaboration with the supervising physician and psychiatric team.
Assist with or perform delegated interventional procedures as permitted by training and scope of practice.
Provide patient education related to procedures, medications, self-care strategies and expectations.
Monitor patient progress adjust treatment plans and coordinate care connections with internal care teams, external diagnostic partners, and referring providers.
Ensure accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record.
Required Qualifications
Preferred Experience
Experience in interventional pain management procedural support and outpatient specialty practice
Comfort working collaboratively in a high-volume clinical setting
