The Pediatric Colorectal Center at Primary Childrens Hospital is seeking an energetic and passionate individual for a full-time APP position. This position will be essential in management of pediatric patients with GI dysmotility, constipation, anorectal malformations, and Hirschsprung disease. The APP will be responsible for independent patient care, leading an interdisciplinary team, quality improvement, and advocacy. We are seeking an APP that is interested in leadership and management of complex chronic conditions in the pediatric patient.
The pediatric colorectal center at Primary Childrens Hospital cares for children with dysmotility, constipation, Hirschsprungs disease, anorectal malformations, and complex IBD. This role is primarily focused on patients with dysmotility, constipation, anorectal malformations, and Hirschsprung disease. Our colorectal team includes physicians, APPs, psychologists, nurses, and social work collaborating to provide optimal care to the pediatric patient.
As part of that patient care, this position is accountable to deliver optimal patient care through effective clinical practice; education of the patient, patient's family, clinical staff, and others; consultation with other healthcare providers; and maintain current knowledge regarding options for optimal patient care and outcomes.
