Overview:

Sentara Medical Group is seeking an Acute CareNurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with experience in Vascular Surgery to join our team at Sentara Virginia Beach General Hospital. The Advanced Practice Provider will work alongside an experienced/collaborative vascular team to provide comprehensive care to patients requiring vascular services.

 Position Highlights:

• Schedule: 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
• Call shared 1:6
• Average daily patient load of 10-20, shared across a larger vascular team
• Daily duties include rounding, addressing consults, and placing lines
• Team-based approach with support from a highly skilled group of vascular providers
• Dedicated OR and Vascular Lab staff

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $115,315.20 - $312,000.00 annually. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs. Note: If an annual salary is posted, it is based on a full-time colleague working 2,080 hours annually.
