Our team encourages patients to take an active role in their health and promotes preventive care.Position Overview:The APRN works as part of a care team, providing direct patient services including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and monitoring of care plans. This role operates under the general supervision of a licensed physician in a primary care setting and involves access to confidential patient information.
