Work Schedule: Full Time, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)
Shift: Days
Pay: $22.80 - $29.64 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant''s relevant experience
This position is an onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or remote option
Summary:
Coordinates centralized advanced practice student placements across clinical settings and serves as the primary operational contact for learners, preceptors, clinical teams, and academic partners.
Responsibilities:
Coordinates placement requests, preceptor availability, and placement capacity across inpatient, outpatient, hospital-based, and community settings.
Coordinates onboarding, system access, and completion of required documentation, training, and site-specific compliance requirements before each rotation.
Facilitates communication among learners, preceptors, clinical departments, practice leaders, and academic programs regarding placement requirements, schedules, expectations, and evaluations.
Maintains placement and preceptor records; prepares reports and schedules; monitors program activity and capacity; and supports process improvement and preceptor-development activities.
Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.
Requirements:
Minimum Required Education: Associate's degree.
Required Licensure/Certification: None Required.
Minimum Experience: None Required. Preferred: Administrative Support
