Position Overview

We are seeking a Certified Advanced Practitioner Provider to join our team at our Goodyear location. This private practice opportunity offers an excellent work-life balance with a 4-day work week and an average patient load of 27 patients per day.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive pediatric care to patients in a busy outpatient setting.
• Perform patient assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members to ensure high-quality care.
• Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record system.

Qualifications

• Certified Advanced Practitioner Provider (NP, PA, or equivalent) with current licensure.
• Experience in pediatric care preferred.
• Strong clinical skills and ability to manage a diverse patient population.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
