Advanced Project Manager (W2)

Responsibilities:

• Manage large-scale Financial Management System (FMS) upgrade projects
• Coordinate project activities across design, development, testing, and deployment
• Create and manage project work plans, risk management plans, communication plans, and change management plans
• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and collaborative meetings
• Coordinate issue resolution and ensure project standards are followed
• Maintain system documentation, functional designs, and detailed designs
• Ensure application upgrades are completed on schedule and comply with ITS standards

• .NET / Microsoft Technologies
• SharePoint
• SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
• Oracle
• PowerApps

Required Experience:

• 7%2B years of experience directing design and development activities and managing detailed work plans
• 7%2B years of experience creating and managing risk management plans
• 7%2B years of experience creating and managing change management plans
• 7%2B years of experience creating and managing communication plans
• 7%2B years of experience coordinating issue resolution
• 7%2B years of experience facilitating requirements gathering sessions and collaborative meetings

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMI-ACP or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Certification
• Masters Degree
