Salary Range: $85,000 - $125,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity
We are collaborating with multiple companies in Delta Township seeking experienced Advanced Quality Engineers. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement advanced quality control plans and inspection methodologies.
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action initiatives for complex quality issues.
- Utilize statistical process control (SPC) and other analytical tools to monitor and improve product quality and manufacturing processes.
- Drive continuous improvement activities through the application of Lean and Six Sigma principles.
- Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to ensure quality requirements are integrated throughout the product lifecycle.
- Conduct advanced quality audits and assessments to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior quality engineers and manufacturing personnel.
Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
- 5+ years experience in quality engineering within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficient in advanced quality tools and methodologies (e.g., FMEA, SPC, MSA, APQP, PPAP).
- Strong understanding of ISO 9001 and other relevant quality management systems.
- Demonstrated experience with root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (8D, 5 Whys).
- ASQ certifications (e.g., CQE, CSSBB) preferred.
Bonus Qualifications
- ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) certification.
- Experience with statistical software packages (e.g., Minitab, JMP).
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards.
- Strong presentation and technical writing skills.
