The Advanced Quality Engineering Manager is responsible for leading and developing a team of Quality Engineers supporting manufacturing operations, process development, and new product integration activities within the Indianapolis plant. This role drives the organization's Built-in Quality (BiQ) strategy by partnering closely with Operations, Engineering, and Quality leadership teams to reduce Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ), improve First Time Quality (FTQ), strengthen process controls, and promote prevention-focused quality practices across manufacturing operations.HIRING SALARY RANGE: Base Salary $130,000 - $150,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) plus annual bonus.
