Advanced Quality Specialist

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related specialized area or the equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience is required plus a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree plus a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. J-STD_001, 002, IPC 610, MIL-STD-883, or NASA std's certification may be required within 30 days of hire.

 

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:Department of Defense Secret security clearance is obtainable within a reasonable amount of time after hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.

With your keen eye for the detail, the Advanced Quality Specialist compares defects against standards and recommends disposition. We’ll rely on you to review and disposition QA documentation (IDRs, DNs) and verify corrective action implementation. You’ll also participate and assist in performing audits.

What you bring to the table:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related specialized area or the equivalent plus a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree plus a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
• J-STD_001, 002, IPC 610, MIL-STD-883, or NASA STD’s certification may be required within 30 days of hire
• Fully proficient knowledge of basic electrical or mechanical technology, ESD control, workmanship standards and drawing interpretation

Salary Note

This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (geographic location, etc.). Actual pay may vary. This job posting will remain open until the position is filled.

Combined Salary Range

USD $100,883.00 - USD $109,159.00 /Yr.
