Job Summary:

Join our passionate team and we’ll train you in all aspects of selling the latest outdoor gear - no experience required! As a Retail Associate, you will provide our guests with gear and services for the ultimate outdoor experience.


Job Specifications:


+ Starting Wage: $21.50/hr - $26.88/hr


+ Employment Type: Year Round (10-month)


+ Shift Type: Full Time hours available


+ Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age


+ Housing Availability: No 


Job Responsibilities:


+ Greet every guest, understand their needs, and provide exceptional customer service


+ Accurate and efficient processing of all retail sales


+ Learn product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits to guests


+ Maintain excellent store visual standards by continually straightening, folding, and restocking merchandise


+ Follow all company standards in regards to safety protocols and standard operating procedures


+ Understand and follow both Vail Resorts’ and Patagonia’s environmental principles


+ Other duties as assigned


Job Requirements:


+ Ability to work a flexible schedule; including nights, holidays and weekends.


+ Commitment to exceptional Customer Service.


+ Ability to stand and move in an active, team-oriented environment for extended periods.

+ Must be able to communicate fluently in English


The expected pay range is $21.50/hr - $26.88/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
