•    Ability to read, interpret safety documents, schematics and other mechanical/electrical diagramsExperienced in troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems of an engine and/or generator.
•    The ability to work well as part of a team.Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
•    Must have a positive attitude, strong work ethic and desire to succeed.Must be able to communicate via telephone & email

Qualification Requirements: 

•    Strong customer service mindset and strong skills to drive, support,Empower and inspire the Service teams and Customers +5 years’ experience in a technical role
•    Service on engines (ideally INNIO Jenbacher engines) Technical attitude, complemented by

strong business acumen including basic IT skillsWillingness to work in shift model and on call

•    Experience working with electrical or mechanical systemsFluency in English a must
•    Good interpersonal skillsJob specific knowledge:Strong communication skills…experienced in customer communications
•    Boundaryless and multi-culture working mindset and team playerAble to work efficiently without direct supervisionPreferred:
•    Multi-year working experience with Jenbacher gas engines in the field, operational & commissioning, all engine types.Jenbacher training certifications: FTB, FTA, CT1, CT2, MR
•    Mechanical/electrical RCA research and analysis exposurePrevious field experience a bonus
