Lead Engineering TeamLead a multidisciplinary R&D team developing highly specialized technology. Own technical execution, development, and product delivery across programs.About Our ClientOur client is seeking an experienced engineering leader to oversee a team of engineers and scientists responsible for developing complex hardware and instrumentation products. This position combines people leadership, technical direction, and project execution in a collaborative environment where innovation and product quality are critical to success.Job DescriptionResponsibilities:Lead engineering teams through the full product development lifecycle, from concept through production.Provide technical guidance across hardware, embedded systems, software, and system-level design efforts.Manage, mentor, and develop engineering talent while fostering a high-performance culture.Drive project planning, prioritization, resource allocation, and execution.Collaborate closely with manufacturing, operations, quality, and product teams.Support new product introduction activities and production readiness efforts.Lead design reviews, problem-solving initiatives, and continuous improvement programs.Ensure compliance with quality standards, design controls, and documentation requirements.Coordinate with international engineering and operational stakeholders.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
