Advanced Work Packaging Planner Lead II

Job Summary

Assist current node-based Workface Planning Coordinator with contractor interface and their Workface Planning effort, Fluor inter-department AWP interface, WFP training (Fluor and contractor), data entry & audits, and daily/weekly updates.

Responsibilities

Daily communication with internal company resources / external business partners

Provide training/guidance to business partners / ensure they adhere to Att. J requirements

Provide training/guidance to Fluor personnel / encourage daily/weekly WFP participation

Ensure WFP integration exists within all Fluor project departments

Participate in weekly Pull Plan efforts / ensure commitments are applied to execution plans

Share weekly data content from existing automated dashboards to Construction team(s)

Manage Construction Constraint logs / Constraint mitigations / assist with remediation

• Interface with all relevant constraint personnel to resolve or update Active items
• Escalate overdue or inactive constraint items with Action By personnel
• Weekly Reporting - Dashboards and graphics / Commitment Reliability / Variance reports
• Monitor/Ensure visualizations represent current data
• Report discrepancies to business partner WFP team(s) for correction

Skills/Qualifications

• Microsoft Office suite - advanced
• Workface Planning experience needed
• PowerBI experience an asset
• Trade certification / knowledge an asset
• Attention to detail / data oriented
• Self-motivated / desire to learn
• Solid communication skills
