Salary Range: $46,330-$54,380, commensurate with education, experience and level of position filled.

Job Summary
The Advancement Database Analyst I/II supports the Office of Advancement Services through the development, maintenance, and optimization of the Advancement & Alumni Engagement database and related systems. In addition to managing critical database processes and reporting, this role leverages data analysis, constituent segmentation, and data-driven solutions to support fundraising, alumni engagement, and strategic decision-making.
This position will be filled at the Advancement Database Analyst I or II based on finalist qualifications and department need.

High School Diploma.
At the departments discretion, a Bachelors degree may be substituted for the required experience on a one-for-one basis.
Three (3) years of related work experience.
This position may require the ability to maintain the security and integrity of UT San Antonio and its infrastructure per Texas EO-GA-48.

This position will work both on campus and remotely in Texas. Travel and parking expenses are the employee's responsibility.
This position is contingent upon a successful background check. Verification of a valid driver's license and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) may be completed as applicable. Applicants selected must be able to show proof of eligibility to work in the United States by time of hire.
