Job Description The Advancement Services Manager is responsible for overseeing gift processing, data management, reporting, and analytics to support the Advancement teams fundraising and alumni relations efforts. This role ensures accuracy in donor records, collaborates with internal departments, and assists with key reporting functions to inform strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities Gift Processing & Financial Coordination· Coordinates preparation and processing of all gift entry, daily gift reports, and assigned actions.· Generates and distributes monthly pledge reports.· Manages donor pledge schedules and oversees the reminder process.· Oversees the management of restricted operating funds. Data Management & System Optimization· Manages data pulls, analysis, and internal reporting needs.· Collaborates with Admissions on the import and integration of new family data.· Serves as the System Administrator for the database by acting as primary liaison with Blackbaud, Almabase, Veracross and other related software platforms.· Leads database and related software education, training, and evaluation for the Advancement team.· Ensures best practices in data management, security, and integrity.· Collaborates with admissions, finance, communications, and curricular programs (Experience+) to align data strategies and advance shared goals. Donor Recognition· Oversees the planning of donor cultivation and stewardship gatherings. Qualifications & Skills · Bachelors degree required.· Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in advancement services, data management, or related fields.· Proficiency in donor databases, reporting tools, and data analysis. Raisers Edge experience preferred.· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data insights.· Experience in gift processing and financial reconciliation.· Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.· Strong communication and collaboration skills.· Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. The St. Pauls Schools has a compensation scale based on direct years of experience and degree held. For this opportunity, our salary range is $60,000 to $65,000 annually. Candidates with additional experience or qualifications may be offered a salary outside of the range shown.
