Responsibilities

• Support customer outreach and promotional campaigns.
• Present product and service information clearly and professionally.
• Identify customer needs and help recommend appropriate solutions.
• Support lead generation and customer acquisition initiatives.
• Participate in community events and promotional activities.
• Assist with promotional displays, materials, and campaign resources.
• Build positive relationships with customers and prospective clients.
• Follow up with prospective customers to support business opportunities.
• Maintain organized records of customer interactions and promotional activities.
• Communicate customer feedback and campaign observations to team members.
• Collaborate with the team to support advertising and sales goals.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
