Pay Range: $35/hr - 40$/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute large-scale Client Ads campaigns on the Meta Ads platform, ensuring high-quality delivery.
• Prepare structured build inputs and run automated workflows while critically reviewing outputs before launch.
• Diagnose and correct errors in automated builds, maintaining accuracy and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to build trust and credibility in campaign execution.
• Identify opportunities for further automation and contribute to improving templates, inputs, and QA checks.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads, including executing large-scale global campaigns independently.
• Technical knowledge of Client Ads (pixel, custom audience, placements, optimization, bulk edit, etc.) and best practices.
• Ability to work within an automated workflow, following defined processes and critically reviewing automated outputs.
• High level of detail-orientation, strong prioritization skills, and the ability to troubleshoot under tight deadlines.
• Experience with campaign reporting, tracking, and insights; proficient in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Eager to learn and adaptable as our tooling evolves quickly.
• Hands-on experience using AI assistants or coding agents for production work.
• Experience with marketing automation, bulk/scaled campaign tooling, or scripted workflows.
• Agency experience.
• Basic SQL or familiarity with the Meta Marketing API.
• Bachelor's Degree in advertising, marketing, or related field preferred.
