Job Responsibilities
Serves as the operational support of the Advising Center, providing front-line advising and registration triage for students with immediate or time-sensitive needs, coordinating daily office workflow and operations, and delivering professional administrative support to staff.
Minimum and Additional Requirements
A bachelors degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a bachelors degree. Experience working with students, advising, student services, or administrative functions is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of student services, office procedures, and computer systems. Ability to communicate effectively, maintain confidential records, manage multiple priorities, provide customer service, and work effectively with students and campus personnel.
Additional Comments
Work is primarily performed in an office and student-facing environment. Position requires regular computer use and interaction with students, faculty, and staff.
