The Advisor Consulting Coordinator supports the Senior Vice President (SVP) and the Advisor Consulting team in driving assets under management (AUM) by coordinating meetings, developing presentations, and providing high-quality administrative and operational support that contributes to a data-driven organization. This role is ideal for a highly organized professional with a solid understanding of the investment management industry. In addition to supporting Advisor Consulting, this position collaborates with other executives and serves as a key member of the Administrative Team. Primary Responsibilities - Provide organizational and administrative support for business initiatives, including meeting coordination, data organization, client visit logistics, and preparation of materials.
- Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings, events, and programs-managing invitations, agendas, attendee coordination, and related budgets.
- Serve as a liaison and support resource for internal partners, including National Accounts, Retirement Planning Services, Private Wealth Management, Operations, Marketing, and Fulfillment.
- Manage and track internal projects and initiatives as assigned, including data management and support.
- Contribute to the Administrative Team by proactively communicating, sharing resources, owning project initiatives for continuous improvement, and providing backup coverage for teammates during vacations and breaks.
- Participate in planning and executing company-wide events in collaboration with the Events Committee.
- Support the SVP of Distribution and Advisor Consulting leadership by managing calendars, monitoring emails and voicemails, scheduling appointments, and prioritizing urgent communications.
- Prepare and maintain accurate and timely expense reports.
