The Advisor III, Trade Support role is responsible for translating business needs into data-driven insights and scalable system solutions that support Commercial operations. This role works cross-functionally to analyze data, improve processes, and enable decision-making through reporting, system configuration, and analytics capabilities.

What You'll Do

  • Analyze business and reporting requirements and translate them into dashboards, KPIs, and system-based solutions.
  • Collect, interpret, and analyze complex data to deliver insights and recommendations that support strategic decision-making.
  • Design, configure, and maintain systems and data structures to enable efficient Commercial operations and reporting.
  • Collaborate with Commercial front office, support teams, IT, and Midstream Operations to understand needs and deliver solutions.
  • Develop and execute testing (regression and functional) for system changes, enhancements, and new releases.
  • Create and maintain system data, reports, and analytics outputs to ensure accuracy and integrity of business information.
  • Act as a technical subject matter expert, advising stakeholders and resolving complex data, system, and process issues.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize processes, reporting, and system functionality.
  • Lead or support projects related to analytics, system enhancements, and operational improvements.
  • Develop and deliver training on systems, tools, and processes while proactively sharing knowledge with stakeholders.
  • Support business continuity planning activities and assist in resolving operational discrepancies affecting financial reporting.

What You'll Bring - Required

  • Legally authorized to work in the job posting country
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3 or more years of experience in analytics, Commercial, or Commercial support functions
  • Intermediate proficiency in SAP S/4 HANA
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)

  • Ability to perform data analysis, reporting, and testing activities with minimal supervision

Compensation Range

This position has a base salary range of $125,100 - $152,900.
