Lead Functional design and development of Enhancements and Bug Fixes in SAP. Adhere to IT strategies Departmental Goals and Objectives to meet business needs. Foster and maintain productive relationships with business partners and key users. Key areas for support include Procure-to-Pay Record-to-Report Payment Interfaces End User Troubleshooting Integration tools. Strong Organization and Communications skills requiredPosition will require expertise in SAP FICO MM and related SAP Products and a working understanding of ABAP. Experience in managing small to medium projects Testing and Delivery is required.ResponsibilitiesExecute Maintenance Enhancement and Release Activities. Coordinate and direct contract workforce in the execution of these tasks. Have an excellent understanding of SAP FI CO MMCollaborate with IT and Business partners to gather and document business requirements design solutions develop execute testing and plan releases.Resolve End User queries issuestickets address system issues by performing root cause analysis and eliminating repeat problems. Receive and document Enhancement requestsManage various sized projects small medium as assigned.
