With delivery centers and offices across North America and India, we take pride in building long-term relationships and delivering excellence through innovation, collaboration, and integrity.Job DescriptionWe are seeking an Advisor, Marketing to lead external strategic communications for a population health management project supporting a large engagement for the State of California. The advisor will oversee day-to-day execution and manage a Strategic Communications Associate to deliver timely, accurate communications and drive adoption among managed care and behavioral health stakeholders.Responsibilities:Develop strategic communications plans for external stakeholders, including audience segmentation, forums, timing, and value propositions.Translate population health management product value for managed care plans (MCPs) and behavioral health plans (BHPs) to support adoption.Recommend and draft external communications such as release notifications, newsletters, and stakeholder updates.Develop content for the public population health management website and partner with web teams on updates.Identify forums and craft content to reach targeted audiences and drive adoption; facilitate delivery across channels.Collaborate on conference materials and external presentations.Manage review cycles, integrate feedback from diverse stakeholders, and ensure on-time delivery of materials.Facilitate client meetings to gather requirements and assess communications needs.Manage and mentor a Strategic Communications Associate for execution, tracking, and delivery of workstreams.Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.Strategic communications or marketing experience in healthcare, managed care, or consulting; experience with MCPs and BHPs preferred.Strong presentation skills with ability to simplify complex technical concepts for varied audiences.Ability to structure problems and communicate key analytical components efficiently.Proven experience tracking and executing deliverables in complex organizations.Self-starter with ability to drive execution with minimal supervision.Proficiency with Microsoft Suite programs.Preferred Skills:Master's degree (MBA, MPH, or related) with focus in healthcare policy or management, or equivalent experience.Experience preparing conference materials and coordinating multi-channel campaigns for public sector healthcare programs.Why BCforward?At BCforward, we believe in advancing lives and careers.
