ShiftMonday - Friday - 1st Shift (Day)Hybrid | Warrendale, PA (3 days onsite per week)General SummaryThis job is responsible for building the sales onboarding, training, and enablement foundation for our growing commercial organization. This role is intentionally designed for a builder who wants to put their stamp on how sales is trained, enabled, and executed across the business.You will partner closely with the Managing Director to design and operationalize how our teams are onboarded, coached, and equipped to sell effectively across the full sales lifecycle.
