Responsibilities
Provide crisis intervention and safety planning
Offer emotional support and advocacy services
Connect clients with housing, legal, medical, and community resources
Assist with shelter services and case management
Accompany clients to court and other appointments as needed
Maintain confidential records and documentation
Participate in hotline and on-call support rotations
Collaborate with community partners and service providers
