Coordination with manufacturing site, contextualize shop floor operations, understand & support customer's manufacturing & business processes.
SLA and KPI management, ensuring uptime and application availability.
Identify and implement continuous process improvement opportunities.
Coordination & contribution with MES COE, Interfacing application teams, and Digital Manufacturing initiatives.
Closely coordinate and work with the product team to ensure seamless operations, upgrades, implementations, etc.
Work with customer stakeholders on solution design based on Siemens OpCenter MOM platform.
Techno-functional analysis and impact assessment of a change and new requirements provide efficient and optimum solutions to complex business problems.
Translate the solution requirement and work with the development team to build.
