Job Overview:
Pay Range: $60.00hr - $65.00hr
Requirement/Must Have: - Deep AEM expertise with hands-on design and implementation capability.
- Strong .NET experience.
- Experience with AEM Cloud Service migrations.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies including Cloud Manager, GitHub Actions, and Jenkins.
- Familiarity with security and privacy compliance such as HIPAA and GDPR.
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools like Adobe Monitoring, Azure App Insights, and Splunk.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership and governance across the multi-year program.
- Define the target architecture and guide development teams to ensure scalable, secure, and compliant AEM solutions.
- Own the end-to-end AEM architecture for Sites, Assets, and Integrations across 60+ brand and product websites.
- Lead the migration from AEM on-prem to AEM Cloud Service, ensuring compatibility, scalability, and performance.
- Define component strategy and governance by consolidating legacy components into a modern, reusable monorepo structure.
- Collaborate with API architects and cloud teams to align AEM front-end with Azure-hosted APIs and services.
- Design and enforce content governance, tagging strategy, metadata models, and authoring workflows.
- Establish coding standards, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment strategies.
- Work closely with QA and Automation teams to integrate test automation, accessibility, and performance testing.
- Ensure security, privacy, and compliance with industry-specific regulations.
- Support operations by defining monitoring, logging, and optimization practices.
- Mentor developers, review designs, and ensure adherence to best practices in modular development.
- Partner with business and product owners to translate requirements into scalable digital solutions.
