Role Descriptions:
 
Role Overview:-
The candidate will be responsible for driving AEM architecture, leading development teams, defining best practices, and delivering scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions on both AEM 6.5 and AEM as a Cloud Service platform.


Key Responsibilities:-
Define and govern end-to-end AEM architecture across Sites, Assets, and Headless implementations.
Lead migration initiatives from AEM 6.5 to AEM as a Cloud Service.
Drive development of reusable components, templates, workflows, and integrations.
Establish development standards, coding best practices, and architectural governance.
Lead cloud deployment strategies using Adobe Cloud Manager and CI/CD pipelines.
Ensure optimal performance, scalability, security, and compliance of AEM solutions.
Integrate AEM with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, Marketo, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and other third-party systems.
Collaborate with product owners, architects, business stakeholders, and leadership teams to deliver business outcomes.
Mentor and guide development teams while providing technical leadership.


Candidate Expectations:-
Strong hands-on experience with both AEM 6.5 and AEM as a Cloud Service.
Deep expertise in Sling Models, OSGi, JCR, HTL (Sightly), Core Components, and Editable Templates.
Experience designing and implementing Headless CMS solutions using Content Services and GraphQL.
Strong understanding of Dispatcher configuration, CDN caching, and performance optimization.
Experience with Cloud Manager, Git, Maven, automated testing, and DevOps practices.
Hands-on experience integrating AEM with Adobe Experience Cloud products and enterprise marketing platforms.
Ability to lead architecture discussions, make technology recommendations, and engage with senior stakeholders.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
