Job Title: System Software Programmer – Intermediate (AEM Developer)
Location: Columbia, MD (Onsite)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced AEM Developer to support enterprise forms and workflow solutions built on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). This role involves hands-on development, system configuration, deployment support, and ensuring application stability across environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop AEM components, templates, workflows, and content models (AEM 6.4+).
• Work across the full SDLC: analysis, coding, testing, debugging, and documentation.
• Support deployments to Dev, QA, and Production environments.
• Perform troubleshooting, upgrades, patching, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure, scalable, and reliable solutions.
• Participate in shared 24/7 on-call support.

Required Skills:

• 7+ years of SDLC experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with AEM (6.4+).
• Experience with Adobe PDF Forms & Analytics.
• Strong JavaScript, XML, and SQL skills.
• Experience with change management processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred: Business analysis experience and Scrum Master certification.
