This role involves partnering with clients to resolve complex technical challenges within Adobe Experience Manager. You will act as a subject matter expert, guiding customers on best practices and providing strategic technical advice. The position requires leading engagements, devising solutions, and maintaining cutting-edge technical proficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Solve targeted customer issues through short-term technical engagements.
- Provide expert guidance on AEM best practices and new features.
- Assess technical challenges and propose optimal solution designs.
- Deliver customer-facing webinars as an AEM subject matter expert.
- Maintain advanced technical knowledge of AEM releases and functionalities.
Must-Have Skills:
- Proven experience with Adobe Experience Manager (Assets & Sites).
- Demonstrated understanding of the digital content lifecycle.
- Ability to lead technical architecture and implementation discussions.
Experience in the digital marketing and content management industry is preferred, with a focus on solutions like Adobe Experience Manager.
