Job Title: AEM Product Manager / Digital Product Manager
Location: Woodland Hills, CA
(Los Angeles candidates preferred – Hybrid; approximately 1 day per week or a few days per month onsite)

Duration: 8 Months (Possibility of Extension or Full-Time Conversion)
Pay Rate: $81.48/hr (W2)
Work Authorization: U.S. work authorization required (W2 only – No C2C, No Third Parties)

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced AEM Product Manager to support a large-scale website rebuild initiative. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and a proven ability to translate complex business needs into clear product requirements.
This role will partner closely with engineering, design, and digital teams to document requirements, manage product workflows, and support delivery of scalable web experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead product management activities for digital initiatives built on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
  • Gather and document business requirements and translate them into actionable user stories and tasks in JIRA.
  • Maintain detailed documentation within Confluence to support cross-functional collaboration.
  • Support end-to-end requirements gathering and documentation for a large-scale website rebuild.
  • Work closely with engineering, UX/UI, marketing, and digital teams to ensure product alignment and successful delivery.
  • Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Contribute to planning, prioritization, and roadmap execution for AEM-based digital platforms.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager supporting Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platforms.
  • Strong experience writing business requirements, user stories, and technical documentation.
  • Hands-on experience using Confluence and JIRA for product documentation and workflow management.
  • Prior experience building or implementing AEM systems; former AEM developers transitioning into product roles are highly preferred.
  • Experience supporting large-scale website builds or rebuilds.
  • Strong understanding of digital platforms, CMS systems, and enterprise web environments.

Preferred Background
  • Experience working with digital agencies or consulting firms such as Razorfish, Wunderman Thompson, Publicis, VML, Huge, or similar environments.
  • Ability to operate in fast-paced digital product teams and manage complex stakeholder requirements.

Additional Details
  • Candidates based in the Los Angeles area are preferred for time zone alignment and occasional onsite collaboration.
  • Flexible schedule – work is milestone-driven rather than strictly clock-driven.
