Position Title: AEM Solution Architect & Technical Lead
Location: Charlotte, NC (Remote; must be local to Charlotte and onsite for the first week)

Pay Rate: $70+/hr D.O.E.
Position Description:
Join a leading professional services firm as an AEM Solution Architect & Technical Lead supporting high-impact Adobe Experience Cloud initiatives. This contract opportunity offers the chance to deliver enterprise-grade digital solutions, provide technical leadership, and work closely with key stakeholders in a dynamic environment. Initially onsite for the first week, this remote role is perfect for experienced AEM professionals who thrive in client-facing roles and enjoy leading technical teams.
Responsibilities:
- Lead solution architecture and enterprise design for Adobe Experience Cloud and AEM, including Edge Delivery Services.
- Provide technical guidance and leadership to development teams throughout project lifecycle.
- Develop architecture documentation, technical specifications, and deployment strategies.
- Facilitate client workshops, design reviews, and acceptance testing to ensure successful delivery.
- Support pre-sales activities, including proposals and solution development for potential clients.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to reduce delivery risks and ensure scalable, high-quality solutions.
Top Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Adobe Experience Cloud.
- Strong expertise in enterprise solution architecture and digital platform delivery.
- Proven leadership experience managing AEM development teams and client engagements.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to manage stakeholder relationships and support client workshops.
- Experience with Adobe Edge Delivery Services and enterprise design.
