The aerator is responsible for the aeration and staging of materials to the sheet fed, and roll fed to die cut machines. Assisting the die cut machine operator with set up, utility, and quality tasks; and performing machine operating tasks as directed by the machine operator.

Requirements
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent or trade school preferred.
Experience: Equivalent experience or experience multi-tasking in a fast-paced work environment.

This position requires frequent use of hands and fingers for handling items and reaching, as well as regular movement throughout the work area, including bending. The role also involves standing for extended periods, occasional stationary tasks, climbing steps, and pushing or pulling objects. Candidates must be able to lift up to 75 pounds occasionally.
