Aerial Sensor Operator

Key Responsibilities

• Fly as a passenger in light-twin or single-engine aircraft and helicopters at varying altitudes
• Operate and monitor aerial sensor equipment during flight missions
• Download and manage imagery and flight data after each mission
• Maintain accurate flight logs and mission documentation
• Assist with installation, removal, and maintenance of airborne LiDAR and digital sensors
• Support Flight Operations and Quality Control teams as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma required
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Flexible schedule and willingness to travel up to 50 percent of the time, including up to four-week intervals
• Availability for overtime and weekend work

Preferred Skills

• Strong technical and computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Ability to assess flight conditions accurately
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Willingness to learn and improve through experience
