Description: About the Role At Integrity Infrastructure , we’re looking for a driven and experienced Aerial Supervisor to lead our field teams and help deliver high-quality aerial infrastructure projects. Job is based in Calhan, CO What You’ll Do As an Aerial Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring our projects are executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards: Lead, coach, and support a team of field personnel in daily aerial operations Plan and coordinate work to meet production goals while maintaining quality standards Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with company policies and industry regulations Monitor job progress, identify potential issues, and implement effective solutions to keep projects on track Maintain accurate records and reporting for all operations Train and mentor team members, with a strong focus on safety and skill development Oversee equipment readiness, including inspections, maintenance, and timely ordering of materials Conduct routine equipment inspections and address any deficiencies Collaborate with leadership to continuously improve processes and performance Perform other duties as needed to support team and project success Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in aerial operations or a related field, including supervisory experience Strong knowledge of aerial safety standards, regulations, and best practices Relevant certifications and licenses (FAA certification preferred, if applicable) Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate, develop, and hold teams accountable Ability to read and interpret technical documents, plans, and blueprints Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience with project management tools and workflows A proactive, problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail At Integrity Infrastructure, we don’t just complete projects—we build teams, careers, and communities.
