    Job Description

    Aero Parts Paint
    1st Shift : Monday-Thursday 6AM-3:30PM & Friday 6AM-10AM
    2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday 3:30PM-1AM & Friday 11AM-3AM
    Location: 2700 S Custer Ave, Wichita, KS 67217
    Responsibilities:
    • Mix and match paint colors to customer specifications
    • Mix ratios for a variety of paint
    • Fan while using a paint gun
    • Operate, use and clean a spray gun
    • Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking
    • Apply paint using various techniques, including spray guns, brushes, and rollers
    • Ensure that all painted products meet quality standards
    • Maintain a clean and organized work area
    • Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
    • Assist with other tasks as needed
    Requirements:
    • Prior experience in painting or a related field preferred
    • Ability to mix and match paint colors
    • Knowledge of painting techniques and tools
    • Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
    • Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed
