A Day in This Role

Whether you kick off at 7:00 AM or start your evening at 3:30 PM, you’ll own the production of precision aerospace components on 3-, 4-, and 5-axis CNC vertical mills. You’ll review blueprints and operation sheets, set up tooling and workholding, run first articles, and dial in offsets to hit tight tolerances. Throughout the run, you’ll verify dimensions with micrometers, calipers, indicators, and gauges; keep documentation compliant with AS9100/ISO 9001; and partner closely with Engineering, Programming, and Quality to keep parts flowing. You’ll troubleshoot issues as they arise, maintain your machines, and mentor teammates—all while keeping your area safe, clean, and organized.
