Understanding of the complete machining process by product line is preferredDemonstrated experience with metal cutting principles/processes: power, thrust, balance, microfinishes, geometries within aerospace and defense machining environment, and/or aerostructure assemblyStrong work ethic; self-motivated; independent and capable to plan, organize and make decisionsExcellent organization and time management skillsStrong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written), Presenter with the skills of persuasion and value selling.
