Before lunch you’re leading an 8D on a yield issue, dissecting 5 Whys with programmers and machinists. In the afternoon, you’re packaging a PPAP submission, aligning process capability data with customer qualification requirements, then walking a visiting auditor through our QMS with confidence.
This hands-on Quality / Process Engineer role is the connective tissue between engineering, production, and our aerospace customers. You’ll own compliance to AS9100, strengthen customer trust, and continuously improve how we manufacture tight-tolerance parts.
