SURESTAFF is immediately hiring an Aerospace Assembler for an aviation manufacturing company in Arlington, TX. The Aerospace Assembler is responsible for assembling precision aluminum aircraft components and subassemblies while ensuring compliance with engineering specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a manufacturing environment, using hand and power tools, and following detailed assembly instructions.
SURESTAFF is invested in their team members! All temp-to-hire employees are offered competitive compensation of $25.00 per hour as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision).Available shifts include Monday–Thursday 6:00 AM–3:30 PM and Friday 6:00 AM–2:30 PM, with every other Friday off.
Aerospace Assembler Duties and Responsibilities:• Assemble aluminum aerospace and aviation components according to blueprints, work instructions, and engineering specifications.
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, measuring devices, and assembly fixtures to complete production tasks.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, assembly instructions, and manufacturing documentation.
• Install hardware, fasteners, rivets, brackets, and other aircraft-related components.
• Perform mechanical assembly of precision parts and subassemblies.
• Inspect completed assemblies to ensure compliance with quality standards and customer specifications.
• Verify dimensions and tolerances using measuring tools such as calipers, tape measures, and gauges.
• Maintain accurate production records and complete required documentation.
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and aerospace manufacturing standards.
• Identify and report quality concerns, material shortages, or production issues to supervisors.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with 5S and lean manufacturing principles.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Assist with continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and product quality.

Aerospace Assembler Requirements and Qualifications:• Minimum 2 years of assembly experience in a manufacturing environment; aerospace experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions.
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, measuring instruments, and assembly equipment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to work with aluminum and precision-machined components.
• Experience performing quality checks and inspections during assembly processes.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain high-quality workmanship.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Must be dependable and committed to maintaining attendance standards.
Education:• High school diploma or GED required.
• Technical training or certification in manufacturing, mechanical assembly, or aerospace technology is a plus.Preferred Qualifications:• Previous aerospace or aviation manufacturing experience.
• Experience with rivet installation and aircraft hardware assembly.
• Familiarity with AS9100 quality standards and aerospace manufacturing processes.
