In this Aerospace Assembler role, you'll perform finish assembly processes using hand tools, adhesives, and assembly equipment to help produce high-quality aerospace products. Aerospace Assembler Duties
- Perform finish assembly processes on aerospace products
- Follow job traveler instructions using hand tools, bonding adhesives, and assembly jigs
- Hand wrap insulation blankets using utility knives, foam insulation, and insulation tape
- Perform light sanding and abrading of composite, plastic, and metal components
- Complete light riveting using rivet squeezes and pop rivet guns
Schedule
- Swing shift: Monday to Thursday, 3:00 p.m. to 1:30 a.m.
- Weekend Shift: Friday to Sunday, 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Pay
$23.75 - $27.75 per hour
Aerospace Assembler Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 2 years of manufacturing assembly experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be a U.S. Person as defined by ITAR
- Ability to lift 30lbs
