Aerospace Technical Instructor
Pay: Up to $32.00 per hour
Shift: 2nd Shift, 40 to 43 hours per week
Location: Central Location (Onsite)

We are seeking Aerospace Technical Instructors to train and develop the next generation of skilled aerospace manufacturing professionals. Available Instructor Specialties
Electrical Instructor
- Teach aircraft electrical installation and assembly techniques
- Instruct electrical functional testing and troubleshooting
- Demonstrate proper electrical crimping and soldering methods
- Provide instruction on basic mechanical assembly practices
Aerospace Mechanical Skills Instructor
- Train employees on aircraft assembly and heavy structure drilling
- Teach electrical installations, bonding and grounding
- Explain blueprint interpretation and production standards
- Instruct aircraft systems operation, functional testing, and troubleshooting
Aircraft Sealant Instructor
- Teach proper aircraft sealant preparation and application
- Demonstrate cleaning, sealing, and finishing techniques for aircraft components
Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Instructor
- Deliver training on:
- Confined Space
- Lock Out Tag Out (LOTTO)
- Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations
- Fall Protection
- Workplace safety procedures
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging classroom and hands-on technical training
- Explain complex aerospace concepts in an easy-to-understand manner
- Evaluate trainee performance and provide constructive coaching
- Ensure all instruction follows established quality and safety standards
- Maintain accurate training documentation
- Promote a positive learning environment focused on safety and continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Strong aerospace manufacturing, aircraft maintenance, or aviation technical experience
- Previous training, coaching, mentoring, or instructional experience is highly preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to stand while teaching for extended periods throughout the workday
- Strong knowledge within one or more of the listed technical specialties
- Ability to work in a professional manufacturing environment
